dutchDutch Holland, PhD, has worked as a management consultant since the 1960s, developing a wide range of tools and concepts for managing change. He focuses on strategy, organizational design, management of technology, team building, management of quality and executive coaching. He has been an adviser on industrial innovation to the President and Secretary of Commerce. Dutch has led change initiatives in a variety of industries and has taught in Executive Programs at Rice University, the University of Houston, The University of Texas and the Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute. His many articles on the management of change have been published in academic journals as well as national industry publications.


Randal BreauxRandal Breaux, MBA, provides consulting, coaching, training, and speaking services for clients around the world. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA from Tulane. Randal is a proven leader of mission-critical project initiatives – with advanced skills in organizing and coordinating large, dispersed project teams. His extensive background in training, group facilitation, and organizational development has been instrumental in achieving a successful track record in managing organizational change initiatives.
